Treatment Methodology

The Three-Phase Approach

Our structured approach follows classical Ayurvedic methodology, adapted for contemporary chronic conditions. Each phase builds upon the previous, creating a comprehensive and sequential healing journey.

01

Preparation

7–14 days

Medicines to better and maintain basic metabolic functions, medicines specific to the health issue, and preparation of the body for the intensive treatments — supported by a medical diet and activity guidance.

02

Intensive Phase

7–14 days

Deep cleansing and healing through Snehana (oleation), Swedana (fomentation) and Sodhana (suitable cleansing therapies), with special diet and complete rest on the days of Sodhana.

03

Rest & Recuperation

7–14 days & beyond

Regaining strength and gradually returning to normal activity, with medicines and treatments to strengthen the body and gradually relaxed diet and lifestyle guidance.

The above description is only indicative. Actual treatments and their duration are determined by our physicians based on your condition, general health, and response to initial treatments. The minimum course is 21 days.
